AK Consulting Services designs and conducts training and consultation programs which address issues of human diversity and provides people with the skills needed to use their differences as assets. The consultants offer Substantial skills with backgrounds in program development, organization assessment, social justice, management and education.

The goals and objectives of our diversity training are to provide individuals with the basic knowledge and tools to effectively provide supportive services to all clients, family members and employees. Our training will cover definitions, myths and stereotypes, local and national resources, how to address homophobic, racial and other discriminatory comments, case studies, youth and parent speakers, and much more. Packets, posters, stickers and handouts will be provided to participants whenever possible.
